Party Host
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Each of the following duties and responsibilities is an essential part of playing your role at Peek-a-Boo Factory:
- Ensures that each child entering the play areas is wearing socks
- Ensures that each person entering the play areas has a waiver signed
- Ensures the safest environment possible in our play areas
- Interacts with the party throughout the event
- Implements any and all procedures during an emergency
- Oversees, guides, and communicates with the Party Host about all play areas and related activities
- Checks and clean all play areas and all equipment
- Prepares the party room for each party including but not limited to: prepare a place setting for each guest, arranges pizza, cuts and serves cake, arrange presents and balloons and all other decorations according to host.
- Maintains flow and order in party room. Makes sure host is relaxed and satisfied.
- Reports all guest service issues to the shift supervisor.
- Performs other duties as needed
Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Supervisor oversees all operational functions of the business while they are on duty. Supervisor leads, directs, and motivates all personnel and operates the facility according to Peek-a-Boo Factory policies.
- Oversees and guides all aspects of facility operations while on duty
- Oversees, guides, and advises the performance of all personnel while on duty
- Responds to and resolves guest issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilizes Sales POS to sell parties, upgrades, and programs on the phone and during store tours
- Persistently follows up with inquires in a timely manner
- Ensures consistent execution of Peek-a-Boo Factory standards, including policies and procedures, by regularly monitoring operations and party activities
- Being accountable for all transactions performed at the front counter while on duty
- Organizing and directing guests as they arrive in the Lobby
- Ensuring each Hosts’ belongings are stored and labeled for each party
- Ensuring that each person entering the play areas has a waiver signed
- Ensuring that each party starts and ends on time
- Completing the Receipt form and making sure it is presented to each Party Host at the end of the party
- Monitoring play areas supervision, including safety instruction, rule enforcement, and Super Star Service
- Monitoring Party Room setup, clean up, and Super Star Service
- Calling each Party Host at least 24 hours before the scheduled event to verify party options and guest count
- Ordering and verifying food on a daily basis for the next day’s scheduled events
- Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are completed thoroughly and adequately
- Maintains a productive, positive, dynamic, engaging, and fun working environment while on duty
- Performs other duties as needed
